Dark Roasted Beans

FRENCH ROAST $8.75/lb
The darkest roast of our selection is well known for its full pungent taste, acquired by the unique European roasting style.

HOUSE ESPRESSO (CAPPUCCINO) BLEND $9.25/lb
A wonderful combination of light roasted sumatra and dark roasted Indonesian and Central American beans. All beans are roasted separately to make a rich morning brew, or a strong and creamy espresso drink.

VIENNA ROAST $8.75/lb
The lightest of our dark roasts is a mixture of Colombian coffees roasted medium-dark to make a sensational rich and strong cup of coffee, without the tart characteristics of a true dark roast.

ITALIAN ROAST $8.75/lb
Colombian beans roasted a shade lighter than French Roast, but darker than Vienna Roast. A true dark roast with a medium body, and a mild acidity level.

ITALIAN ESPRESSO BLEND $9.25/lb
A wonderful mixture of Central American and Indonesian beans, roasted dark to generate a great espresso drink or brewed to make a low acidity dark roast pot.

DARK SUMATRA $10.50/lb
The smoothes of our dark roasted beans. This bean has a bold and heavy body, without much acidity at all.

SUMATRA MANDHELING $10.25/lb
Our favorite Indonesian coffee is smooth, creamy and loaded with flavor.
This bean is the smoothes of our selection and it’s widely used in our blends.

GUATEMALA $8.75/lb
Grown on volcanic soil at about 7500 feet above sea level, Guatemalan coffee is well characterized by its smooth and lively acidic flavor. One of our favorite at M&B Coffee.

COSTA RICA $8.75/lb
Generally roasted light to preserver its tangy aroma and spiciness. This coffee make an earthy black cup of coffee that could be enjoy at any time of the day.

COLOMBIAN SUPREMO $8.75/lb
This bean has a full body along with a sweet aroma and a tangy flavor that makes it America’s favorite cup of coffee. It also makes wonders on your palate when mixed with a dark roast.

NICARAGUA MATAGALPA $8.75/lb
Nicaraguan coffee is highly acidic and quiet aromatic. Its natural earthy flavor is very similar to that of Costa Rican and Guatemalan coffees.

BRAZIL SANTOS $8.75/lb
It has a moderate acidity along a light body to make the classic South American black cup of coffee.

MEXICO COETEPEC $8.75/lb
Its mild acidity and medium body make a light to medium black cup of coffee. Not too strong or aromatic.

The strongest of our blend is made up of French Roast and Colombian Supremo. It makes a strong and flavorful cup. Beats French Roast in strength and flavor.

MOCHA JAVA BLEND $9.75/lb
The smoothest of our blends posses a mild chocolate aftertaste when brewed properly. This blend is full of flavor and it makes a great evening cup of coffee.

Decaffeinated Beans

DECAF FRENCH ROAST $9.50/lb
This coffee has a full body and a moderate acidity level. Its acidity level is lower than other decaffeinated coffee due to its roasting degree.

DECAF HOUSE BLEND $9.75/lb
A rich combinations of light roasted Indonesian beans and dark roasted Latin American beans roasted separately. This blend is second to none in the decaffeinated sector.

DECAF GUATEMALA $9.25/lb
A highly acidic bean roasted just past cinnamon to enjoy the pureness of Guatemala. This bean makes a great cup of coffee by itself or blended with a dark roast.

DECAF SUMATRA $10.50/lb
